Below is the material list for your choice of outfit.
Women: Long Skirt and blouse or short skirt and blouse, white crinoline and petty pants, white shoes. The long skirt is a longer version of the short skirt with a blue ruffle on the bottom (otherwise the white would be at the bottom and get dirty quicker).
Women with the shirt: you may choose the neckline you desire (the pattern we have to trace is a peasant top). You may choose your sleeve style – just be sure that it is made of either the white poplin or eyelet. The back of the shirt is royal blue. The front of the shirt is both white and royal blue, carrying the same line as the skirt.
Men: Black pants, white or royal blue shirt, tie either white or royal blue – wear opposite color of shirt. Men, if they desire, can wear a royal blue shirt with the white piping (see below pattern information).
